• Clients agree to not engage in unethical practices, including misleading advertising, spamming, or unauthorized data collection through our services.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before project initiation. Full or partial advance payments may be required.
• Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services until dues are cleared.
• Due to the nature of digital marketing and creative services, all payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All original content, designs, and marketing materials created by Brand Tales remain our property until full payment is received.
• Once payment is complete, ownership rights are transferred to the client, except for tools, software, and third-party assets.
• Clients are not permitted to resell, distribute, or modify our proprietary strategies without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the project.
• We do not share or disclose client data without consent, except when legally required.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Brand Tales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee specific results, as marketing outcomes depend on various external factors such as market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final content before publication.

8. Third-Party Services

• We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, hosting services) to deliver marketing services. Clients are subject to their respective terms of service.
• Brand Tales is not responsible for changes, downtime, or restrictions imposed by these third-party platforms.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the contract with written notice (as per agreed terms).
• If terminated by the client, all completed work must be paid for, and no refunds will be issued.
• Brand Tales reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches these terms, engages in unethical activities, or fails to make timely payments.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
